We have recently reviewed our pricing as they have been maintained at the same level for many years now.
It has become evident that we are not keeping up with increasing costs and need to increase our prices.
We have always attempted to keep our prices competitive by keeping them below any comparable property in this area and will continue to do so.
To this end we have increased our prices but only to a level that matches, or is even lower, than properties that cater for less than four people within this vicinity.

A week priced at £371 can be booked for a minimum of 4 nights at a cost of £212.
Pets are permitted but there are conditions and an extra modest charge so please contact AZ Letting to clarify.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance will
be required 6 weeks before your arrival. Payment can be mabe by cheque or bank transfer.
The property is available from 2:00pm on the day of your arrival until 10:00am on
the day of your departure.
Prices may be subject to change.
On arrival, you will be met by Allistair or Zoe
(the owners) who live next door.
